Changes

• Narrow header and squeeze question and answer so that it appears on the page
• Remove dependent question as this is fulfilled in the next question
• Add information to 'i' on the question
• Add a roll over 'i' to answers
• Add fill information in additional notes to answers (where note text allowed is selected)
• Change header to question/ selected answer/ additional information/ notes
• Can now add pictures from web sites (copy and add URL)
• Remove question description when into the questionnaire (to squeeze information)
• Extend lenth of next question box to see all next question
