known issues - background sequence

sequencing problems (in the background)... numbering jumps in the list... this could cause issues where information jumps to different record fields. Discussed with Qservices.

Potential upgrades

1. Creating an additional landing page for each online assessment with a "show all assessments" button. This will be useful when creating descriptions from the she.ltd.uk website and directing the user to the exact online assessment rather than the blanket site http://www.qservices.co.uk/she/questionnaires.asp. Note the show all button is there for individuals wanting to explore additional questionnaires.

Saving a questionnaire/ Create Summary

[After completeing the questionnaire or when returning to the questionnaire]

To save a file from a completed questionnaire under the list of recommendations select create summary/ then right click on the file and save to a destination of your choice

Changes

• Narrow header and squeeze question and answer so that it appears on the page
• Remove dependent question as this is fulfilled in the next question
• Add information to 'i' on the question
• Add a roll over 'i' to answers
• Add fill information in additional notes to answers (where note text allowed is selected)
• Change header to question/ selected answer/ additional information/ notes
• Can now add pictures from web sites (copy and add URL)
• Remove question description when into the questionnaire (to squeeze information)
• Extend lenth of next question box to see all next question
• sort next question into alphabetical order (so that when you start typing this can find the answer)
• questionnaire page - two questionnaires accross
• Default hide answers
• Values can be set 0 = low risk/ 100 = high risk weighting (in the background so that values can be added up - in user section she ltd can see who is more 'risky' and target)
• Change profile to additional services that can be offered by she ltd
• output left justify
• Priority only priotises multiple answers for that particular questions
• Next questions can have answers selected that lead to questions outside the questionnaire
• Plan questionnaire so that questions can be identified that have next questions outside the questionnaire
• Next questions to slotted in between the question and the correct next question
• Pass word reset to be added
• Clear questionnaire for admin users only.
• Check boxes next to question selections (when selecting questions to go into questionnaires)
• Delete answers

Additional answers issue

Additional answers appear (6) when there is supposed to be a selection of 3

Notes

There is no facility to delete an answer.
