Additional answers appear (6) when there is supposed to be a selection of 3

There is no facility to delete an answer.

Copy questions (hidden)

Questions can be copied. Answers are copied over however recommendations are not copied.

Cannot delete answers

A problem exists when answers are changed or are not applicable. There is no facility to delete an answer (not that I know of).

Password and user reminder

Password and user reminder is required for the online assessments.

Questionnaire improvements

Rename questionnaires with an index number relating to the document section.
Remove duplicate questions from the database.
Remove redundant categories.
Add recommended reading to questions (DSE in particular).
Add indication what is meant by risk. Define No/ Low/ Medium/ High / potential/ possible risk
Z category for the not checked and additional checks required
New categories to include slip trips and falls/ workplace/ maintenance/ training/ chemicals
When questions are completed upgrage question to completed question category
Reinstate old categories
Remove general category of workplace inspection (split between others)
All questions need to have 6 (potential) answers
Add training category in Blog
Use Blog for training others

Saving a Questionnaire

All questionnaires are word documents (*.docs) and need to be saved as example.doc (where example is replaced by what you want to call the file)..

Add to Basket button

This button will appear if the item needs to be paid for. Once purchased the button will change to another version

Take Assessment button

this button appears if the item to select is free or you have recently purchased it

Already Purchased button

if this button appears you have already purchased the item

saving a file

saving a word document file; browse for a location you can save your file to.

Payment screen

When you click through to payment this screen appears.

Basket

When questionnaires or documents have been selected or added to the basket and when the user clicks on the check out this screen appears.
