known issues - background sequence

sequencing problems (in the background)... numbering jumps in the list... this could cause issues where information jumps to different record fields. Discussed with Qservices.

1. Creating an additional landing page for each online assessment with a "show all assessments" button. This will be useful when creating descriptions from the she.ltd.uk website and directing the user to the exact online assessment rather than the blanket site http://www.qservices.co.uk/she/questionnaires.asp. Note the show all button is there for individuals wanting to explore additional questionnaires.

To save a file from a completed questionnaire under the list of recommendations select create summary/ then right click on the file and save to a destination of your choice

Remove dependent question as this is fulfilled in the next question
Add information to 'i' on the question
Add a roll over 'i' to answers
Add fill information in additional notes to answers (where note text allowed is selected)

Can now add pictures from web sites (copy and add URL)
Remove question description when into the questionnaire (to squeeze information)

Plan questionnaire so that questions can be identified that have next questions outside the questionnaire
Next questions to slotted in between the question and the correct next question

Clear questionnaire for admin users only.
Check boxes next to question selections (when selecting questions to go into questionnaires)

There is no facility to delete an answer.

Cannot delete answers

A problem exists when answers are changed or are not applicable. There is no facility to delete an answer (not that I know of).

Password and user reminder

Questionnaire improvements

Rename questionnaires with an index number relating to the document section.
Remove duplicate questions from the database.
Remove redundant categories.
Add recommended reading to questions (DSE in particular).
Add indication what is meant by risk. Define No/ Low/ Medium/ High / potential/ possible risk
Z category for the not checked and additional checks required
New categories to include slip trips and falls/ workplace/ maintenance/ training/ chemicals
When questions are completed upgrage question to completed question category
Reinstate old categories
Remove general category of workplace inspection (split between others)
All questions need to have 6 (potential) answers
Add training category in Blog
Use Blog for training others
